Our commitment goes beyond environmental responsibility. In 2025, we continued to promote social initiatives that place people at the heart of our vision of hospitality.

One of the most significant actions has been the launch of the Solidarity Room, a pioneering initiative that turns every stay into direct support for families in vulnerable situations, allocating 100% of the booking amount to Cáritas.

We have also strengthened our support for families through our partnership with the Family and Education Foundation, providing guidance and support in personal and family matters.

Integration and diversity have remained fundamental pillars. In collaboration with ADIEM, more than 30 people with mental health conditions are now part of our teams. This is complemented by initiatives such as Titanes sin Barreras, where inclusive sport becomes a powerful tool for integration and participation.

All of this work is further reinforced by our ongoing collaboration with local and international organisations such as UNICEF, Red Cross, ACOMAR, REMAR, CASA, Hogar Nazaret and Dangbo, with a particular focus on children and the most vulnerable communities.
